Bob Competti is a graduate of Fisher Catholic High School, attended The University of Dayton and received his degree in Electronic Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology. After working at WLGN-Radio in Logan, Bob served as Operations Manager at WWAT-TV53 in Chillicothe for 3 years, before starting Innerphase Video Productions in 1989. Bob resides in Pleasantville with his wife Beth and his three children.

Stan Robinson graduated from high school in 1949 in New York State, went right into radio at WLNA in Peekskill, N.Y. Stan came to Coshocton, Ohio in 1951 to WTNS radio where he was Program Director and also did news and sports for six years. He moved on over to WHIZ radio and television in the Zanesville market and after two years was invited to WLW-C Channel 4 in Columbus, where he was the weatherman on 6 and 11PM news from 1959 to 1968. Stan then spent 30 years at WLOH and WHOK in Lancaster on the air daily and in management for AM radio. He then joined Innerphase Video in the fall of 1998 and enjoys doing the "Town & Country" program daily on the LSN Network.

Jason Roush joined the Innerphase Video staff in 2003. He is a 1995 graduate of Fisher Catholic High School and a 1999 graduate of Ohio Northern University, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Telecommunications and Public Relations. Jason currently resides in Lancaster.

Sue VanMeter-Smith is a graduate of Fairfield Union High School with a degree in Business and Accounting from Ohio University-Lancaster. Working locally for several years at WHOK Radio, Sue joined Innerphase Video in 2004 as an Account Executive, as well as working in various areas of public relations. Sue has a daughter, Kelli and two grandchildren in Lynchburg, and lives with her husband Tom outside of Lancaster.

Leah Nichols has been with Innerphase Video since January 2003. In addition to serving as Office Manager, she assists with video production and editing. Leah lives outside of Lancaster with her daughter.
